What does our Glycolic Peel Training cover?

Our Glycolic Peel Training is an aesthetic facial. You will gain access to our online student portal once registered. Here you will be able to access our online theory module. As a result of completing these modules you should have a basic understanding of glycolic peel. You will have a quiz after your theory module with an 80% or above pass rate required.

Once you have completed your theory you can then move on to our online tutorials. After this, you can then continue on to complete your practical training This will allow you to gain hands-on experience with one of our experienced tutors guiding you through the process. Here will learn how to effectively provide a glycolic peel facial safely. As a result, you will be able to provide a glycolic peel facial for your clients with extensive knowledge to do so safely.

Once you have completed your training you will need to submit 3 client case studies before we issue a certificate.

What is a glycolic peel facial?

Glycolic Peel is a procedure that gently exfoliates the skin (or epidermis), known as a lunchtime facial. The procedure is done by a trained technician who will apply glycolic acid for a limited time followed by a neutrilising lotion. This removes the outermost layer of skin cells and rejuvenates the skin, giving it a fantastic glow.

Glycolic Peel can help to remove scarring, acne, uneven skin tone, dark spots/pigmentation and age wrinkles.

What are the entry requirements for this course?

This training course is suitable for students who have a minimum level 2 in beauty therapy or have completed our basic facial training.
